Mobile Device Instructions & Tips

iPhone Users:
- Connect to Wi-Fi.
- Tap Settings and select your name. If prompted, login with your Apple ID.
- Tap iCloud, then tap iCloud Backup.
- Turn on the iCloud Backup toggle switch, then select Back Up Now.
- The iPhone uploads your contacts and other data to iCloud. This backs up the entire iPhone so it may take a while.
- In the Apps & Data screen, choose Restore from iCloud Backup and follow the prompt to finish restoring the iPhone back up to copy contracts from your old phone to the new one.
Android Users:
- Open the Contact app.
- Tap Menu, tap Settings, then tap Export.
- Choose one or more accounts from which you want to export contacts.
- Tap Export to .vcf file
Transfer data from an old to new Android via Samsung Smart Switch
- Open Settings.
- Tap Backup & Reset, then tap Backup My Data.
- Tap on the upper right-hand corner to turn it on.
- Follow the instruction to back data up to your Google account and wait for it to complete.
New Android Device
- Open Settings and tap Backup & Reset.
- Automatic restore.
- When you sign into Morgan email the data will transfer to the new device provided you already backed up to your Google account.

In Find My iPhone on iCloud.com, click All Devices, then select the device you want to erase. If you don't see All Devices, it's because you've already selected a device, Click the name of the current device in the center of the toolbar to access the Devices list, then select a new device.
Erase the device. Because the device isn't lost, don't enter a phone number or message. If the device is offline, the remote erase begins the next time it's online. You will receive an email when the device is erased.
When the device is erased, click Remove from Account.
