Enterprise Services
The Enterprise Services team provides technology-based services in support of campus businesses processes, institutional research, and other campus operations having specific programming requirements. This team is responsible for maintaining Banner - the university's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system - and ensuring that management reporting from the ERP meets the specific needs of campus managers and decision makers.

Banner serves as the university's official data source. Requests for Banner data files, Banner reports, or APEX or ARGOS should be made to the Service Desk (443-885-HELP or ServiceDesk@morgan.edu).
