Who We Are...

Fall 2020 Pass/Fail Designation Selection

The Fall 2020 Pass/Fail Designation form was made available at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Monday, December 21, 2020. The deadline to complete the form to request Pass/Fail (PS/FL) grading was 12:00 pm (Noon), December 23, 2020.

If you submitted a pass/fail request by the deadline, please know that the changes to your record will be completed by 5 PM on January 8. Students will be notified when the process is complete.


Morgan State University considers the health and welfare of our campus community and guests to be of the utmost importance. To ensure the safety of our campus community and our guests during the ongoing COVID 19 health pandemic, the University remains closed to the public with most offices offering services remotely.

Accordingly, the Office of the Registrar will not be offering face to face services including pick up or drop off of documents. All documents, including transcripts, diplomas, and enrollment verifications, will be emailed when possible or mailed on a limited basis. Any requests for services from our office can be submitted online.
