Once you arrive on campus please proceed to the Hill Field House for the event and check-in using the link sent to your email or cell phone. The Hill Field House is located adjacent to the parking garage as shown on the campus map.
We encourage you to arrive at 8:00 - 8:45 AM to give yourself enough time to park, check in, and reach Hill Field House. Our welcome event will kick off promptly at 9:00 AM.
Welcome Session: At 9:00 AM, join us in Hill Field House to be welcomed to campus by administrators and campus community members. We will kick off the day in grand style.

On-campus parking for Explore Morgan Day is free. Parking is available in the Student Center Garage and in the lower Y lot behind the Murphy Fine Arts building. Parking locations can be found on the Campus Map and there will be signage on campus on the day of.
Have You Checked-In?
Individuals and group leaders should check in upon arrival by responding to the text message sent to you the morning of Explore Morgan Open House Day. If you did not receive a text message or email, please speak with one of the volunteers at the entrance for assistance.
Group leaders, follow the instructions sent to you to have each member of your group check in.

To help streamline the dining experience and minimize wait times, we highly encourage all groups to pre-pay for their meals in advance.
To arrange pre-payment, please contact Monica Brockman directly at Monica.Brockman@morgan.edu or by phone at 443-885-3125. Pre-paying will ensure a smoother experience for your group, allowing you to focus on enjoying the day’s activities. At check in you will receive an assigned lunch time if you have prepaid.
You will have an option to purchase a lunch vouncher for $10 to dine in Rawlings Dining Hall.
