Laurel College Center
Morgan has established a partnership with Laurel College Center (LCC), making it simple to take courses and complete your bachelor's degree in Psychology in one convenient location. Conveniently located near downtown Laurel, MD, LCC offers students who live in the Laurel area an opportunity to take MSU psychology courses without coming to Baltimore. The program is open to students who have completed an associate's degree and want to complete a bachelor's degree in Psychology but is particularly geared toward students who attend Prince George's Community College or Howard Community College.
To apply, please submit:

- Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Science
- Mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor of Science
- Psychology, Bachelor of Science
- Email us at lcc@morgan.edu indicating that you are applying to attend the Laurel College Center (LCC).
- Submit an official college transcript from each college attended. Your application can not be reviewed until all transcripts have been received.

- All electronic transcripts must be sent to apply@morgan.edu. Transcripts sent to another email address will not be considered.
