Robert Paxton, Jr. is a distinguished and dedicated professional who has built an illustrious career centered around public safety and service. Mr. Paxton's journey began with his commendable service in the Baltimore County Fire Department where he served the citizens of Baltimore County as a volunteer firefighter/emergency medical technician for over 33 years.

Mr. Paxton also served with the Baltimore City Fire Department as a firefighter/paramedic for 23 years until he retired from the city.

Mr. Paxton joined Morgan State University's Office of Safety, Health, and Environment as the Fire Safety Specialist to further serve and protect. Here, his expertise was instrumental in enhancing the university's fire safety protocols, ensuring the safety of students, faculty, and staff.
