PhD in Education with a concentration in Community College Leadership

The PhD in Education with a concentration in Community College Leadership is a new program at Morgan State. We will be enrolling our first cohort in Fall 2025. To learn more about this program please view the PhD Program Handbook.

The PhD in Education with a concentration in Community College Leadership is a Low Residency program. Low residency students will take courses online synchronously and asynchronously. Students are required to travel to Baltimore for one Residency weekend (Friday to Sunday) every semester. Learn more about our delivery options here.

• Priority deadline for those seeking graduate student funding: January 15
• The final admissions deadline in July 1.
