VES Online Forms
The forms on this page are designed for students with military affiliations attending Morgan State University during any applicable enrollment period. Each form includes detailed instructions, processing times, and other relevant information in its description below.
To enhance transparency and improve the workflow experience, the Office of the Registrar now offers students the ability to track their form submissions in WEBSIS under Service Request. This new process, powered by Smartsheet Dynamic View, allows students to monitor the progress of their submitted forms from start to finish. It includes updates on missing documentation, processing timelines, and other important details.
For assistance with accessing your Dynamic View, please contact a team representative at veterans@morgan.edu.
NOTE: A desktop computer or laptop is suggested for the best form completion and submission experience.
