Day 2 – Black Heritage Tour 3-11-2023
The weather today is sunny with little to no wind. This is the perfect day to be cruising the Amsterdam canals! Dating back to the 17th century, the canals are icons of the capital city and were placed on the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage list in 2010.
Day 1 – UNStudio Visit 3-10-2023
Despite the cold temperatures and some jet lag, students, staff and I met at the Rotterdam Central Station (CS) early in the morning. Rotterdam Central Station is also referred to as the international gateway to Rotterdam.
Morgan State University Architecture Students Share Cross-cultural Learning Experiences During 10-Day Study Abroad Excursion to the Netherlands
With the COVID-19 pandemic-related travel bans lifted, students from Morgan State University’s School of Architecture and Planning (SA+P) sought the life-affirming experience of international travel and crossed the maritime for a memorable study abroad during the 2023 Spring Break.
