How to Apply

Submit the proposal narrative and the attached forms below:

1. State of Maryland Application

2. MSU Grower Agreement

3. Proposal Narrative

Email the completed forms and proposal narrative to hemp.programs@morgan.edu for consideration.

Please note your proposal narrative must include responses to the following information:

• Purpose of hemp growth this season
• Seed(s) used
• Where to secure the seeds
• Your own research questions
• Land use
• Your plans to test Δ9-THC content and collect the data that Morgan State University requires.
