Dr. Krueger is an Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department at Morgan State University. She received her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and completed her post-
doctoral research fellowship in Organizational Behavior at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Dr. Krueger’s research focuses on how people manage difficult conversations and how the ways in which they navigate these conversations affects their relationships, goal achievement, and decision-making. In particular, she focuses on how people can successfully navigate these difficult interpersonal situations—and what barriers exist to doing so—to improve the quality of people’s relationships, with implications for their overall well-being and life satisfaction. Her research primarily focuses on support, conflict, and feedback interactions. In other work, Dr. Krueger investigates how people’s interpersonal judgments and impressions affect their behavior and decision-making.
