What are Morgan Magic Moments?

"Morgan Magic Moments" highlight individuals and departments who have gone above and beyond the standards to deliver excellent and outstanding customer service here at Morgan State University. We want everyone to know that we appreciate when dedicated individuals bend over backwards to assist our customers!

How are Morgan employees nominated?

Candidates who deliver excellent customer service must be nominated by their supervisor. Supervisors must complete the "Morgan Magic Moments" recommendation form.
