Ms. Fraling began her career at Morgan State University in 2006 in the Office of Procurement and Property Control Office. Since 2007, she has been in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences. Ms. Fraling received her BS degree from Virginia Union University, Sydney Lewis School of Business in Secretarial and Office Administration.
