Post Office Operations

The Post Office will be Open on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

All mail & packages received for the Open buildings on campus will be delivered to offices as usual.

All mail & packages received for the Closed buildings on campus will be held at the Post Office for pickup in Montebello.

All departments in Closed buildings will be emailed if packages arrive for them in the post office.

Students who have vacated their residences and want mail should update forwarding information by completing "Change of Address" form at USPS.com

Any received checks for students will be forwarded to Dr. Banks for distribution.

Bursar Telework Guidance

Morgan State University considers the health and welfare of our campus community, students and guests to be of the utmost importance. While there are currently no confirmed cases of the coronavirus (COVID-19) at Morgan State University, Morgan State University is open with limited access to certain buildings and in-person services. Office of the Bursar will not be offering face-to-face services until further notice; thus, cash transactions and check distribution activities are suspended. Electronic / online payments will continue to be accepted.

Please be assured that while working remotely, we will continue to provide all of our usual services, including processing of refund, processing electronic and mailed payments and distribution of checks via US mail.

If you are unable to remit your payment online, please send checks/money orders/cashier's checks via US Mail (see Payment section for mailing address). If you are submitting any document, please email us at bursar@morgan.edu.

Departmental deposits will be received on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 10:00 and 12:00 noon.

Bank runs and delivery services will be handled on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 2:00 to 3:00 pm.
