The Department of Energy (DOE) sponsored field campaign, the Coast-Urban-Rural Atmospheric Gradient Experiment (CoURAGE) , started data collection on December 1, 2024. Morgan State University PI for CoURAGE campaign, Dr. Xiaowen Li, together with her colleagues and students, started operational weather balloon launches 4 times a day at the main instrument site located at the precious Lake Clifton High School, now part of MSU, in Baltimore.
