TRANSITION COACHES AND TUTOR Application
The Center for Academic Success and Achievement would like to invite you to apply to become a 2023 CASA Transition Tutor or Coach!
CASA Tutor and Coaches help transition high school graduates referred to CASA Academy's 5-week alternative admissions program.
CASA Academy will run from July 1 to August 2. Training will take place June 26th-28th.
CASA Tutor and Coaches help transition high school graduates referred to CASA Academy's 5-week alternative admissions program.
As a Tutor, you will tutor students in Math, English, or ALCR. You must have a 3.0 and above and an "A" in the subject taught.
CASA Coach, you will help mentor and aquatint students with life as a college student, among other duties. You must have a 2.7 and above.
CASA Academy will run from July 1 to August 2. Training will take place June 26th-28th.
The transition Coaches will be required to live in the residence halls.
Meals will be provided in addition to a Summer Stipend for both tutors and coaches. Housing will also be provided if the tutor needs it.
Please submit your application using the Google form below by Feb 16.
Please carefully read and complete the application. Applicants are permitted to work only one job; they must choose between the two.
