Residential Student Parking for Fall Semester 2024
Please note that residential student parking spaces on campus are limited. In many instances, students will not be able to park directly at their residence hall. Please see details below.
Students residing in the residence halls listed below will be allowed to park at the following lot locations ONLY:
O’Connell Hall Residents
- Parking Lot N (adjacent to building)
- Parking Lot N Map
Harper Tubman, Cummings House and Baldwin Hall Residents
- Parking Lot U (Montebello-South Campus)
- Parking Lot U Map
Blount Towers, Rawlings Hall, Thurgood Marshall and Legacy Hall Residents
- Lot T/V (adjacent to buildings)
- Parking Lot T/V Map
- Parking Lot U Map
- Parking Lot U (Montebello-South Campus) will also be used an overflow parking location for students residing at Blount Towers, Rawlings Hall, Thurgood Marshall and Legacy Hall.
Residential Parking and Registration Details
- Do not apply for parking until you have received your room assignment!
- Residential student permits cost $125.00 per semester.
- Residential parking lot locations are available to Residential Student permit holders all day and overnight at their specified parking lots ONLY.
- On Saturday and Sunday, permits are valid on any surface parking lot from 7:00 AM-11:30 PM.
- Must be registered for classes and have received a BEARcard (University ID Card).
- University has the right to temporarily relocate residential parking locations for events.
The University will be implementing License Plate Recognition (LPR) to enforce parking on campus, so parking permit hang tags will no longer be issued. Residential students should log into the parking customer portal to update contact information, vehicle information and register for the residential parking assignment that corresponds with your residence hall listed above. University login credentials (username and password) will be needed to access the account. You will also need your current vehicle information details including the license plate number. A link with instructions on how to access the web portal is listed below, along with a link to see highlighted parking locations on a campus map.
After reading the instructions, please visit morgan.t2hosted.com to register. It is important that your license plate number is entered correctly so please double check.

Residential Student Disability Parking
If you need to register for Residential Student disability parking, please press HERE to submit a copy of your MVA issued Disability Parking Certification card along with your driver’s license and vehicle registration. Please note that Residential Student disability parking permits allow access to all surface parking lots and garages. If you do not have a MVA issued Disability Parking Certification card, please contact the Student Disability Support Services Office, for details regarding an accommodation request.
Off-Campus Residential Student Parking
Students residing at off-campus residential locations, should be receiving details from the Office of Residence Life and Housing, regarding instructions for parking arrangements at these properties. You may also contact the properties directly. Properties include Morgan View, Marble Hall Gardens, HH Midtown (The Varsity), Towson Town Place and The Altus Towson Row.
