Faculty and Staff Parking Updates for Academic Year 2024-2025
Thank you for your patience we as endeavor to improve parking system solutions and enforcement at Morgan State University. Moving forward, we will be using mobile License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology to patrol campus parking lots and garages to ensure vehicles are registered and authorized to park at specific locations. An enforcement vehicle mounted with cameras will scan license plates, eliminating the need for physical permit hang tags. If a vehicle is found to be in violation, citations will be issued by parking enforcement officer staff. Parking enforcement is anticipated to begin in September. As we move to LPR as an enforcement method, the use of parking gates will be eliminated.
Individual customer portals are now available to add or edit contact information, vehicle information, purchase parking or pay citations.
Web portal access instructions and links to campus maps showing parking lot locations are listed below. Access the parking services web portal at morgan.t2hosted.com.
