Celebrating Student Success: Nataki Drones Awarded 2024-2025 NASPA Foundation Scholarship

The Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA) program is proud to celebrate the achievement of Master’s student Nataki Drones, who has been awarded the prestigious 2024-2025 NASPA Foundation Scholarship. This scholarship will fund her travel and participation in the 2025 NASPA Annual Conference, which will take place in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Nataki, who currently serves as the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, shared her enthusiasm for this opportunity, stating:

“This opportunity to connect with fellow higher education professionals will be impactful to my work at the University of Maryland School of Nursing.”

The 2025 NASPA Annual Conference focuses on reimagining the student affairs profession to meet the evolving needs of higher education. With sessions exploring bold changes in practice, shifts in student demographics, and the importance of sustaining purpose and joy in our work, the conference represents a pivotal moment for the profession.
