Morgan State University HESA Talk Series Presents Dr. Kia Kuresman
Morgan State University's Department of Advanced Studies, Leadership, and Policy is pleased to announce the next installment of the HESA Talk Series, featuring Dr. Kia Kuresman, alumna of the Higher Education & Student Affairs (HESA) program and current Assistant Provost for Student Success at York College of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Kuresman will present insights from her dissertation research, "Prioritizing Me: An Exploration of Care for Mid-level Higher Education Administrators." Her research-based strategies for avoiding burnout are particularly relevant to those navigating the complexities of higher education leadership today. This important conversation will be moderated by Dr. Virginia Byrne, Associate Professor of Higher Education and Student Affairs at Morgan State.
We invite scholars, practitioners, and students to join us for a thought-provoking and hands-on discussion on self-care and resilience in higher education administration.
