Sharing UDel's Railroad Capabilities
Dr. Anthony Saka, the inaugural chairman of the Department of Transportation and Urban Infrastructure Studies at Morgan State University, and Professor Allan Zarembski, director of the University of Delaware’s Railroad Engineering Program, are leading a $4.6 million workforce development grant to implement a new railway engineering track at Morgan State. Their work will also create a foundation for developing similar programs at other HBCUs.
