Safieh Laaly joined the TUIS’ team as an adjunct faculty in 2014 when she completed her Doctor of Engineering study in Transportation Planning at MSU. As a licensed Landscape Architect (PLA) in Maryland, she has promoted sustainable development through her small design firm for over a decade and has collaborated with private engineering organizations in the Baltimore area for over 25 years on a variety of projects from design, planning, and environmental analysis to certifications and preservations. She has lived in different parts of the world and enjoys traveling, writing, hiking, and all the blessings that come with experience, family, and Faith.
