Dr. Hellon Ogallo has been involved in transportation-related professional/teaching /research activities since 1999. His current teaching and research interests involve using systems thinking approach in solving complex transportation problems and has authored several technical articles. He currently works for Maryland State Highway Administration’s Office of Traffic and Safety. Previously he worked for Century Engineering Inc. as a transportation engineer. He is a registered professional engineer in Maryland and the Republic of Kenya. He received his D. Eng. & M.E (Transportation Engineering) from Morgan State University, and BSc, Civil Engineering from Morgan State University. Dr. Ogallo is a Member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) & American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and Corporate Member of The Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK).
