B.S. in Construction Management

The Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (CMGT) Program develops students who understand the complexity of construction projects, appreciate the values of sustainable principles and their applications, and are able to manage people in the field site. The CMGT curriculum is guided by the accreditation standards and criteria of the American Council for Construction Education.

At the end of the program of study, students will have a foundation of skills and knowledge in construction science, particularly in the areas of design and construction systems, construction graphics, construction surveying, methods and materials, as well as estimating, planning and scheduling, construction accounting and finance, project management, and safety procedures and practices.
