The Office of Public Relations and Strategic Communications provides a variety of services which assist units within the University in communicating with their audiences, both internal and external. To request communications counsel and/or assistance with a specific project, please select from the following menu.
Please note that projects are reviewed and assigned in the order that they are received. It should also be noted that the scope of work for the desired project may require the requesting unit to supply a budget and/or cover any additional associated costs.

ONLINE OR WEBSITE PROJECTS
Contact a member of the Web Communications team to request counsel and/or to make changes to the University website. These types of requests include creation of a new web page/site, updating an existing web page, or training to create/maintain web pages within your unit.
SOCIAL MEDIA REQUESTS
Contact our Social Media team regarding any questions you have regarding University-affiliated social media properties, counsel on setting up a University-owned social media property, or promotion via official University-operated social media platforms.
PUBLIC RELATIONS/MARKETING SUPPORT
Contact a member of our PR team to discuss your public relations and/or marketing needs.

If you are in need of videography services, please contact the University’s Digital Media Center directly.
If you are in need of technical support for issues related to wired/wireless connectivity, email, Banner login, username and/or password issues, or general technical assistance, please contact the Division of Information Technology service desk directly.
While the Office of Public Relations and Strategic Communication tries to accommodate and assist with all project requests that are submitted, some requests may be preempted by priority University projects assigned by the Office of the President and/or the Division of Institutional Advancement.
