Thank you for agreeing to teach during the Winter Session. To review policies and procedures for the Summer or Winter Session please refer to the Academic Catalog and the Faculty Handbook. Please be reminded that undergraduate courses with fewer than fifteen (15) enrolled students and graduate classes with fewer than six (6) students are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. Such cancellations will take place before the end of the add/drop period. If such underenrolled courses are not cancelled, pay will be pro-rated according to the Pilot Pay Scale.

Textbook Notice: You can contact the Morgan State Bookstore's Assistant Store Manager at TM8255@bncollege.com to submit book orders.  Textbooks must be adopted by October 18, 2024.

Winter Session 2025

• Registration Opens - Monday, October 28, 2024
• Classes Begin - Thursday, January 2, 2025
• Last Day to Add or Drop a Course (End of Schedule Adjustment Period) - Friday, January 3, 2025 (5:00 PM deadline)
  [To avoid being billed for a course, students must drop it by 5PM on January 3, 2025.]
• Drop for Non-Payment - Tuesday, January 7, 2025
• NO reinstatements  will be permitted in Winter 2025 due to shortness of term. If a student's schedule is dropped for non-payment, they will not be allowed to pay the bill late and be reinstated into class. 
• Last Day to Withdraw from an Individual Class with a Grade of "W" - Thursday, January 9, 2025 (11:59 PM deadline) [When students withdraw with a "W," tuition and fees will still apply!]
• Last Day of Classes - Thursday, January 16, 2025
• Last Day to Withdraw from Morgan for the Term - Thursday, January 16, 2025
• Grades Are Due -  Friday, January 17, 2025 (5:00 PM)
• Faculty pay date - Wednesday, February 12, 2025 (Payment is typically made by check.)
