Morgan State University to Build 604-Bed Student Housing Complex
Morgan State University plans to build a new residential tower to house more than 600 students, a necessity for one of the fastest-growing schools in the region. The 604-bed tower will be built adjacent to the recently completed Thurgood Marshall Housing complex and a 30,000-square-foot dining hall. The additional tower is projected to cost $110 million, according to documents filed with the Maryland Board of Public Works.
