Baltimore Couple Opens Beauty Plus in New Northwood Commons Shopping Center
Baltimore-reared spouses Megan and Quintin Lathan are opening of their second Beauty Plus location in the newly redeveloped Northwood Commons shopping center. In the new Northwood location, the Lathans intend to hire students from Morgan State University, Quintin’s alma mater.
