  • Morgan State University is experiencing a high demand for university-managed housing for Fall 2023. As a result of this high demand, the Waitlist housing application has been closed and is unlikely to reopen. • How To Get Cleared
  • Register as a full-time student (minimum of 12 credits)
  • Make satisfactory payment arrangements for tuition, fees, room and board through any combination of the following methods:
    1. Bill paid in full
    2. Financial aid (including loans, grants, scholarships)
    3. Transact (CASHnet) Installment plan
    4. Third party agreements (including tuition assistance vouchers, letters of credit or 529/ED IRA plans)

Special Note In Reference To COVID-19:

• COVID-19 vaccination remains highly recommended but is no longer required for Morgan State University students. Additionally, we recommend all Residential and Immunocompromised students be up to date with the COVID-19 vaccine and booster doses.
