Challenges:
Both p and n-type materials of
high figure-of-merit (zT) are needed.
Bi85Sb15 is a good n-type material.
We need a p-type counterpart.
Theory:
Multiscale molecular
modeling, Machine
learning and ab initio
DFT and MD calculations
for optimization of σ, S and κ.
