Mission Statement

FDCM's mission is to manage the design and construction of all capital projects in a professional, open, and ethical manner. We will strive to work in a first class manner; work to exceed the expectations of the Students, Building Users and the University; and promote an inclusive team process. We will continue to raise the standards and expectations of our department, of our consultants and contractors, and of all campus projects we manage. We will endeavor to work in an efficient, decisive and economical manner, striving to bring projects in on time and within budget. We desire to provide the tools to create a safe atmosphere which encourages learning, develops friendships and facilitates one to achieve their dreams.
