Brittney Baltimore is a visiting instructor in the Graduate Program in Landscape Architecture, teaching courses in research methods and plant identification. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Morgan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College. Formerly a research and reference librarian for public, school, and private institutional libraries, Brittney brings years of public service experience to interactions with students, fostering curiosity and appreciation for both inquiry and design. Her background and interest in sustainable agriculture, which includes extensive hands-on experience on urban, rural, vegetable, and flower farms, continues through her current position at Hillen Homestead, a small urban flower farm in the Coldstream Homestead Montebello neighborhood of Baltimore City.
