Brittany Giunchigliani is a Visiting Instructor in the Graduate Landscape Architecture Program, teaching design studios that emphasize embodiment in the landscape and storytelling as a design tool. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from San Francisco State University. Within her current role at Baltimore's Unknown Studio, Brittany crafts strategies for mapping and representing landscapes across a diverse range of project types. Brittany brings a discerning perspective to spatial analysis and GIS mapping nurtured by her extensive experience in community engagement and fervent commitment to fostering equity and inclusion within landscape architecture. Her independent research has been published in PLAT Journal and On-Site Review.
