Self-Help Apps
Self-helps apps can address a variety of concerns and are often used as an adjunct to counseling, or on their own. Apps provide a number of advantages including they are free or low-cost, they are easily accessible, they can help manage daily stressors, they can solidify skills learned in counseling, and they can provide more immediate assistance in times of crisis.
Check out our list of apps below that may be useful in managing your daily stressors. This is not a comprehensive list and these apps do not serve as a replacement for counseling. If you need to speak with a counselor, please call (443)885-3130 to schedule an appointment.
