CICS Recruitment Team Engages Future and Former Bears at March Events

March was a busy and exciting month for the CICS recruitment team as we connected with adult learners across Baltimore and beyond! Through a series of outreach events, we continued our mission of helping adult learners finish what they started and discover the flexible, career-focused degree programs offered through Morgan Completes You.

Connecting at CIAA Fan Fest 

Our team had an amazing time representing CICS at the CIAA Basketball Tournament Fan Fest. This event allowed us to engage with prospective students, current Bears, and alumni—many of whom were eager to learn how they or their loved ones could return to school and complete their degrees. The energy was electric as we celebrated the HBCU spirit and shared how CICS makes higher education accessible for working adults.

Engaging at the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development Resource Fair 

At the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development Resource Fair, we connected with local job seekers looking to advance their careers through education. Many attendees were excited to learn that Morgan Completes You offers flexible online programs, in-state tuition for all students, and credit for prior work experience—making it easier than ever for working professionals to return to school and earn their degrees.

Empowering Students at Morgan’s Career Exploration Day 

During Morgan State University’s Career Exploration Day, we introduced high school seniors and their families to CICS's possibilities—not just for them, but also for parents and relatives who may be considering a return to college. We were proud to share how CICS supports adult learners with dedicated academic advising, personalized degree paths, and interdisciplinary programs that align with today’s job market.
