Morgan State University considers the health and welfare of our campus community, students and guests to be of the utmost importance. Due to (COVID-19) pandemic the Office of the Bursar will not be offering face-to-face services until further notice, cash transactions will be conducted by appointment only and check distribution activities are suspended. Electronic / online payments will continue to be accepted.
Please be assured that while working remotely, we will continue to provide all of our usual services, including processing of refund, processing electronic and mailed payments and distribution of checks via US mail.
If you are unable to remit your payment online, please send checks/money orders/cashier's checks via US Mail (see Payment section for mailing address). If you are submitting any document, please email us at email@example.com.

Appointments for in-person service has been extended to Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 11:00am and 1:00pm. To schedule an appointment, click here. Please note: the in person appointments will require face masks, social distancing and all other safety protocols. Due to scheduled construction/installment on Friday, 4/16/2021, the office of the Bursar will be closed for in-person appointments; however, we will be available online for all online services.
Departmental deposits will be received on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 11:00 and 1:00 noon. Bank Runs and delivery services will be handled on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 3:00 to 4:00 pm.

The University Bursar's Office is ready to assist you in processing the payment for your educational costs and other services provided at Morgan State University.
Once you have been admitted to Morgan State University and selected your classes, you will receive a billing statement. There are established deadlines for payment in order to retain your preferred schedule.
