William is the Managing Partner of Dinsmore & Shohl’s Washington, D.C., office. He is an experienced litigator in the area of mass tort class action defense.
In 2018, he was appointed by D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser to serve on the United Medical Center Board of Directors. He currently serves as the Board Chair for the Community Educational Research Group, a non-profit corporation providing quality educational opportunities for the underserved children in Washington’s 7th and 8th wards. He also serves as Vice President of the D.C. Early Learning Collaborative, which emphasizes the importance of education from birth to three and advocates for utilization of pre-school education funding in the District of Columbia.
William received his B.A. in Political Science from Morgan State University. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.
