The center is A Student-Centered, Entrepreneurship Development Training Model to Increase Diversity in the Biomedical Research Workforce. The primary goal is to strengthen biomedical training and research infrastructure, by training undergraduate students to become outstanding biomedical researchers.

The mission of the Center for Urban Health Disparities Research and Innovation at Morgan State University (RCMI@Morgan) is to use a transdisciplinary team of both basic biomedical and public health/behavioral science researchers to conduct research to understand health issues disproportionately affecting minority groups, particularly those living in urban settings of Baltimore.

The mission of our center is to advance wastewater surveillance for public health action.

Our dual mission is to prepare URM PhD students to tackle climate grand challenges and to increase the diversity in the STEM workforce.

Research conducted at PEARL is designed to increase the understanding of coastal ecosystems so that they may be properly managed and protected.
