Leann Ngo, originally from Baltimore, MD, initially embarked on her academic journey in Environmental Anthropology. She found her passion for student success in researching how to better the Anthropology program at The University of Maryland College Park. Subsequently, she earned her Master's in Higher Education Administration from Goucher College. Recently graduated, Leann aims to further enhance student experiences in academia. She believes that student success encompasses not only academic pursuits but also personal growth and character development, which are crucial for post-college success. She eagerly anticipates contributing to student support initiatives and witnessing ongoing improvements in the higher education system.
