John Parris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Towson University in May of 2023. Throughout his academic years and life, the core lessons that John has learned are to be more open, and responsible, and show integrity to the people with whom he interacts.

His professional experience includes roles at Kumon, the world's largest after-school Math and Reading program, where John facilitated learning for students from kindergarten to twelfth grade. Additionally, John has contributed to procurement efforts at Morgan State University's Washington Center building. In these roles, John has honed his problem-solving skills, recognizing that there are often multiple approaches to any given challenge. Outside of work, John is an online gamer and enjoys spending time with friends. John actively engages in workshops to broaden his knowledge base and is particularly drawn to the rich culture of Japan, aspiring to visit and immerse himself in its unique offerings.

Currently, John serves as a One-Stop Associate, aspiring to evolve into a leadership position as a Customer Service Team Leader. John’s short-term objective is to enhance his interpersonal and communication skills across diverse groups. In the long term, John aims to introduce innovative strategies to enhance our operational efficiency.
