Eligibility

Applicants can be current or prospective students who would first apply and be accepted to an eligible graduate degree program at Morgan State before applying to both the NRT program and fellowship.

Interested students must complete an additional application packet that should be submitted directly to the PI: Dr. Samendra Sherchan, Samendra.sherchan@morgan.edu. To apply for the NSF NRT program, fellowship, or both, please submit

2. CV/Resume
3. Statement of your research interests.
4. Reference letters
