Program Delivery Options

The department offers several delivery options for the programs listed in the table below. Briefly here is how we define these terms:

Online: This program is entirely online, and students are not expected to come to Baltimore at any time
Low Residency: This program offers courses synchronously via Zoom. Students are required to travel to Baltimore for one Residency weekend (Friday to Sunday) every semester.
High Residency: This program offers most courses in person. Classes occur on weekday evenings.

PhD in Education with a concentration in Community College Leadership: Low Residency

PhD in Education with a concentration in Higher Education: Low and High Residency

EdD in Urban Educational Leadership: Low and High Residency
