Dr. Mansoureh Jeihani Recieves ARTBA Women Leaders in Transportation Award
Four transportation construction professionals, including Morgan State's Mansoureh Jeihani, Ph.D., PTP, Professor and Director National Transportation Center SMARTER Center were honored with the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) Foundation’s Women Leaders in Transportation Design & Construction Awards.
