Go to Websis Student Self-Service and click "Service Requests"

Enter your Morgan State University email and click continue. Do NOT click sign in with "Google", "Microsoft", or "Apple".  There may be a prompt to click "Sign in with your company account". Enter your MSU credentials on the landing page.

📋Enrollment/Degree Verification Request Form

PURPOSE: To request a letter from the University or form completion to verify enrollment.

PROCESSING TIME: up to 10 business days

📋Exception to Enrollment Policy Appeal Form  

PURPOSE: This form is used to request an exception to one of the following enrollment policies:

Last day to cancel all term registration.

Last day to drop course(s)

Last day to drop course(s) with a grade of "W"

Last day for withdraw for the term.

PROCESSING TIME: up to 30 business days

📋Personal Information Update Request Form

PURPOSE: To update legal name, date of birth, permanent address, gender, and/or social security number.

PROCESSING TIME: 1-3 business days

📋Official Transcripts 

• PURPOSE: Order an official transcript.
• PROCESSING TIME:  15 minutes - 3 business days

REQUEST AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT   

Official Transcripts will not update with Spring 2025 term information, such as Degree Awarded, Final Grades, GPA, etc., until end-of-term processing is completed for all students on May 23, 2025, @ 5 pm. Official transcripts ordered before this date and missing term information will not be reissued or refunded.

📋Unofficial Transcripts

• Unofficial transcripts can be accessed by students with current credentials by logging into Student Self-Service. Students who no longer have system access must order an official transcript.

📋Duplicate Diploma

PURPOSE: Order a duplicate diploma.
