Group/Team Travel

What is group travel?

Group travel is defined as travel where a full-time employee/faculty member takes a trip with multiple students in attendance. One travel authorization may be submitted for the group if there will be no reimbursable expenses to the students and if there are no Graduate students receiving funding from GSA for the same trip. Otherwise, each person attending the trip must submit an individual travel authorization for approval and follow the steps for individual travel.

What is team travel?

Team travel is defined as travel where a full-time Athletics staff member takes a trip with multiple athletes in attendance. One travel authorization may be submitted for the team.

What must be submitted for group/team travel?

A travel authorization accompanied by an attendees list must be submitted for processing. If the Attendees List is not received, the travel authorization will be declined.
