Biography Dr. Radhakrishnan is an Associate Professor at the Earl Graves School of Business Management where she has taught since 2005.

Dr. Radhakrishnan received her B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Madras University, India, MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University, India, and Ph.D. in Management from Clemson University, South Carolina. She is also a certified cost accountant. She has received several other professional certifications related to IT.

Dr. Radhakrishnan has worked on several consulting projects for many Fortune 500 organizations. She serves as a senior member in professional associations such as Project Management Institute, Alpha Iota Delta, Decision Sciences Institute, Institute of Supply Management, IEEE and Sigma Xi.

Dr.Radhakrishnan has received many honors including Innovision Technology award and Best Research Paper awards at academic conferences.

Dr. Radhakrishnan's primary areas of research include supply chain integration, information sharing in supply chains, supply chain performance measurement systems, current trends in supply chain management, agile project management, critical success factors in project management, use of EMR systems, and business value of IT.

Her teaching philosophy is, "to increase the student's knowledge and awareness of the subject matter being taught and to help them understand the theory and its practical usefulness".


Research Interests
My research interests include use of inter-organizational information systems in supply chain management, supply chain integration, supply chain performance measurement systems, order commitment in supply chains, current trends in supply chain management. I have also conducted research in IS related topics such as business value of information technology, electronic medical record systems and use of IT in education and outreach. We conduct inter-disciplinary research involving supply chain management and information systems.
