REQUEST FOR PREREQUISITE/ERROR OVERRIDE
Please complete the Request for Prerequisite/Error Override form and submit to your academic advisor for approval. If approved by advisor, it is submitted to the Department Chair for final approval.

If approved by chairperson, you will receive an email to add the course to your schedule.

If student is denied override by Academic Advisor and/or Chairperson, student will be notified via email.

REQUEST FOR CAPACITY OVERRIDE
Please complete the Request for Capacity Override Form and submit to your Program Director.

The Program Director will assess the request and if approved, it is submitted to the Department Chairperson.

The department chair will send an email to the student to add the course to their schedule.

If override is denied by Program Director, student will be notified via email.

REQUEST FOR EXCESS CREDITS
Please complete the Request for Excess Credits Form and submit to your academic advisor for approval. If approved by your advisor, it is submitted to the Department Chair for final approval.

If approved by chairperson, the request will be forward to registration@morgan.edu.

If student is denied override by Academic Advisor and/or Chairperson, student will be notified via email.

REQUEST FOR COURSE SUBSTITUTION
Please complete the Request for Course Substitution Form and submit to your academic advisor for approval. If approved by your advisor, it is submitted to the Department Chair for final approval.

If approved by chairperson, the request will be forwarded to the Dean's Office for processing. 

If student is denied override by Academic Advisor and/or Chairperson, student will be notified via email.

REQUEST FOR INCOMPLETE (I) GRADE [PDF]
This document can be printed, completed, and submitted to the Dean's Office.  Please complete the Student portion of the form.  Please allow 5-10 business days from the time you submit the form to receive notification of approval/disapproval.     

REQUEST TO TAKE COURSE(S) OFF-CAMPUS [WEB]

CHANGE OF MAJOR FORM [PDF]
Complete the form and return in person to the Office of the Registrar with all supporting signatures outlined on the form. You may also email the completed form to records@morgan.edu from your MSU account.

CHANGE OF ACADEMIC CATALOG PETITION [PDF]
Complete the form online, print, sign and submit (in person or via email) to the Office of the Registrar with ALL supporting signatures.

REQUEST FOR APPROVAL FOR UNDERGRADUATES TO TAKE GRADUATE COURSES [PDF]
This document can be completed, printed, and submitted to your respective Program Director. Please complete the entire form.
