Research Faculty Highlights
Assistant Professor/Structural Engineering - Being able to provide solutions to address our nation's deteriorating transportation infrastructure is essential to Dr. Head's mission for improving the resiliency of our nation's bridges while protecting lives, especially during extreme events like earthquakes.
Professor/Mathematics - His research areas include functional analysis and abstract differential equations in Banach and locally convex spaces, with applications to partial differential equations and functional differential equations.
Professor - His research interests include biotechnology and several aspects of nanotechnology including metal-assisted crystallization, plasmonic biosensors and nanoparticle-enzyme hybrid biofuel cells.
Associate Professor - As a Research Engineer, Dr. Nyarko worked under the Chesapeake Information Based Aeronautics consortium (CIBAC) with engineers at NASA Langley on various projects involving aviation safety.
