Center for the Study of Religion and the City

The Center for the Study of Religion and the City (CSRC) seeks to foster and support innovative religious studies and theological engagements with Baltimore, its religious communities, and its most pressing issues as a case study with broad relevance.

The Center launched in 2018 at Morgan State University with support from a generous grant from The Henry Luce Foundation., and support from The James H. Gilliam Jr. College of Liberal Arts, The School of Architecture and Planning, and The Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies.
