Request for Course Override [pdf]
The student will complete the form and submit (via email) to the appropriate Academic Advisor and/or Instructor for initial review: 

For Prerequisite/Error Override, check box and submit to academic advisor.
For Course Full/Capacity, check box and submit to the instructor. 

The Academic Advisor and/or Instructor will submit (via email) the form to the Program Director for final approval. Student will be notified via email if request has been APPROVED OR DENIED.

Please allow five (5) business days from the time you submit the form to  recieve notification of approval/disapproval.   

Request for Excess Credits [pdf]
The student will submit this form to the appropriate Academic Advisor. The Academic Advisor will submit (via email) the form to the Chairperson for final approval.
